Sales and Refunds

1. Sales Terms

• All purchases made through CodEssay are subject to these terms and the Terms of Use.
• Prices for services and products are displayed on the platform and are subject to change without prior notice.
• By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize CodEssay to charge the applicable amount.
• CodEssay reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of CodEssay and under the following conditions:
  • Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase for eligible products or services.
  • A refund request must be accompanied by proof of purchase and a valid reason for the request.
  • Refunds will not be granted for:
    • Services or products that have already been consumed or fully delivered.
    • Discounted or promotional items clearly marked as non-refundable.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10-15 days.

3. Subscription Services

• If you have subscribed to a recurring service, you may cancel the subscription at any time. However, refunds for unused portions of a subscription are not provided unless required by law.
• Subscription cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following period.

4. Chargebacks

• Initiating a chargeback without first contacting CodEssay to resolve the issue may result in suspension or termination of your account.
• If a chargeback is found to be unwarranted, CodEssay reserves the right to dispute the claim with the payment processor.
